Honorary Chairman Of Jarvis’ Jam For Cystic Fibrosis
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation partnered with NFL star wide receiver Jarvis Landry to host the inaugural Jarvis’ Jam on March 9 in the Hyundai Lounge at Hard Rock Stadium. The event raised nearly $68,000 to help support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s mission to cure cystic fibrosis and provide all those battling the disease the opportunity to lead full, productive lives by funding research and drug development, promoting individualized treatment, and ensuring access to high quality specialized care. A close friend of Jarvis’ died of the disease in 2015 after receiving a transplant at age 24, and Jarvis promised he would continue to fight the disease and raise awareness about it. He continues to fulfill his promise.
