This resort is located on seven oceanfront acres overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and offers a modern Palm Beach experience with its multi-level patios, pools and beach. Eau Resort features 309 guestrooms and suites, each with a private balcony overlooking the ocean, pool and gardens.

There is also the Eau Club level that provides guests with a private concierge, complimentary food and beverage at designated times, and VIP pool service. For those who enjoy walking right out to the beach from their room, the resort offers Lanai rooms and suites which are located on the ground-level steps away from the resort pools.

The lobby area is spacious and inviting. It is set up with lovely living room seating areas.

Any vacation is not complete without an excellent choice of dining, and Eau offers four dining options at the restaurants on premises Temple Orange Mediterranean Bistro is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is located off the main lobby with both indoor and outdoor seating.

This restaurant features sophisticated casual dining combining Mediterranean-style dishes with American cuisine. The menu includes seasonal market salads, fresh seafood, and an array of delicious desserts. To the right of the lobby you will find Stir Bar and Terrace.

Stir offers a large selection of brands in just about every beverage category, and they also have their own specialty drinks. I highly recommend the Pear-Ruska cocktail; it was refreshingly different. They also have a light menu with a lot of choices. On Fridays and Saturdays, Stir also has fresh sushi made-to-order.

Breeze Ocean Kitchen is a casual oceanfront restaurant that opens at 11 AM and serves through dusk, weather permitting. The menu has Florida flavors and also features hints of Caribbean and Latin tastes and preparations.

Angle is a culinary experience for the senses, with contemporary cuisine and farm-to-table seasonal offerings. It is open Tuesdays through Saturdays for dinner, and also features a “Chef’s Table” offering a true foodie indulgence in the center of the dining room. Chef de Cuisine, Manlee Siu, is a culinary graduate of Le Cordon Bleu. Manlee began her career at the celebrated Mobil Five-Star Relais & Chateau restaurant, Gary Danko, in San Francisco. She was then appointed Chef de Cuisine of the Meritage Restaurant at Claremont Resort & Spa and has cooked several times at the prestigious James Beard House in New York City. Angle also has a wide selection of wines and its own sommelier.

Besides the spacious and inviting outdoor area, Eau also features many hotel amenities for guests to enjoy. The Forbes five-star spa features exotic pampering treatments, bathing rituals, facials, and even a full-service hair salon. Favorite features of the spa include the Eau Spa Rainforest, the Eau Zone Relaxation Lounge, and The Self-Centered Garden. Guests also enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center including a spinning studio, a yoga studio, Pilates classes and personal trainers.

The resort has three Har-Tru clay tennis courts, aquatic sports, boating and fishing. There is a children’s playground and special programs for children and teens to participate in. There is a shopping area with a variety of items, everything from a jewelry boutique to a gift shop. There is a 24-hour Business Lounge available to guests. The terrace has a large fire pit to enjoy during the evening hours.

The service is excellent from the minute you arrive at valet parking to all aspects of the resort experience. This luxury resort makes a great escape. There is plenty to see and do in Palm Beach, but once you arrive at Eau Palm Beach you really don’t want to leave.
